We use your data to: (a) provide and maintain the Platform; (b) verify organizations and prevent fraud; (c) match talent with campaigns using AI; (d) process payments; (e) communicate with you about your account; (f) comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws.
